Growing and Improving: My Goals for the New Year

Setting Goals for the Next 12 Months in the New Year As the new year approaches, it's a good time to reflect on the past and plan for the future. For me, this year has been full of ups and downs, but I'm eager to start over and set some new goals for myself.

One of my key priorities for the coming year is to focus on my studies. I want to make sure I'm putting in the required work to get good grades and prepare for senior high school. I also plan to participate in more extracurricular activities and join some new organizations or teams to help me acquire new skills and meet new people.

Another objective is to become more physically active and healthy. I want to start exercising regularly and eating healthier foods to improve my physical and mental wellbeing. I'm also going to make a concerted effort to make more time doing things that make me happy, such as being supportive, understanding, and attentive to my partner's needs, and always being there for her when she needs me. I'm also going to make a concerted effort to be a good family member and make more memories with them.

Aside from these goals, I'd like to focus on being a good person and avoiding conflicts and arguments. I want to be more understanding and patient, and to try to see things from the perspective of others. I believe that by being kind and sensitive to those around me, I may help to make the world a better place for everybody.

In general, I'm looking forward to the new year and all of its possibilities.

The Magic of Christmas: A Personal Reflection

Christmas Was a Time of Excitement and Delight for Me as a Kid. I Couldn't Wait to Open Gifts, Spend Time With Family and Friends, and Take Part in Christmas Activities and Customs. I May Also Have Learnt About the Narrative of Jesus' Birth and Its Significance in the Christian Religion. I Had a Lot of Fun Singing Christmas Songs, Decorating My House and Tree, and Taking Part in Holiday Performances or Parties. Christmas Was a Happy Time Filled With Gratitude for the Love and Generosity of Others.

Christmas as a Teen May Be a Period of Transition Between Childhood and Maturity. I Still Got Excited About Gift-giving and Receiving, as Well as Taking Part in Christmas Traditions and Festivities. At the Same Time, I Was Becoming More Aware of the Holiday's Deeper Meaning and the Manner in Which It Was Observed by My Family and Community. I Began to Take on More Obligations and Tasks Around the Christmas Season, Such as Assisting With Event Planning and Preparation or Engaging in Philanthropic Activities.

Finally, the Substance of Christmas for Me as a Teenager Was Determined by My Personal Experiences, Values, and Beliefs. It Was a Time for Self-examination, Appreciation, and Celebration With Family and Friends.

The Challenges and Rewards of Being a Student Entrepreneur: Balancing, School, Business, Life

The Estudyantepreneur booth is awesome because we saw how students demonstrate how to be entrepreneurs. I also saw an electric circuit, which means it also provides information about circuits.

Starting a small business, such as a food-based enterprise, can be a great way for students to gain real-world experience and develop important skills, such as leadership, teamwork, and financial management. By taking on the role of an entrepreneur, students can learn how to identify and pursue opportunities, create and market products, and manage their own time and resources.

Additionally, starting a food-based business can provide students with the opportunity to explore their creativity and passion for cooking. Many students may have a natural talent for cooking and enjoy creating delicious dishes for others to enjoy. By turning this passion into a business, students can not only earn some extra money, but also gain satisfaction from seeing others enjoy their creations.

My Insight on National Children’s Month Celebration 2022

So, first and foremost, let us discuss the 2022 National Children's Month Celebration. Every year in November, the Philippines observes National Children's Month. This month-long celebration aims to provide Filipino children with a safe environment, a good education, and access to healthcare.

Many countries around the world had already been celebrating 'Children's Day' before the Philippines started observing National Children's Month. It began in June 1857 when Reverend Dr. Charles Leonard conducted a special service for the children. He initially called it 'Rose Day,' then 'Flower Sunday,' and finally 'Children's Day.'

This celebration, in my opinion, is so important because it aims to provide Filipino children with access to a healthy environment, a good education, and healthcare. and I am one of the children in the Philippines who has benefited from it.

I believe that every child has the right to attend school and learn how to improve our various skills under the supervision of our teachers.

My Reflection

A. What are the Learning that I have Gained?

I learnt about the origins of the internet, specifically the time line, the various persons behind it, and how the US and Russia release their various satellites. I also learned about our internet access and blogs or weblogs, and last but not least, search engines.

B. What are the Challenges i have Encountered/

I had difficulty remembering timelines as well as different people and their contributions.

C. How did I adresss this Challenges?

I simplify the dates by dividing the numbers and using the primary contribution for the people's names.

The New Reigning Leader

Hello, Mr. President. I would like to congratulate you on your victory in the recent election. I hope you carry out all of your campaign promises to make the Philippines a great nation. I also hope you play your part in making the Philippines great once more. I anticipate that all Filipinos will benefit from your leadership and that you won't be like the previous president, who had bias, and that you'll pay attention to what your fellow citizens have to say.

All Filipinos are anticipating the fulfillment of your election-related promises, and we will all do our share to make that happen. Your first four months weren't that good. One example, I guess, is because our Philippine peso is continuing to degrade. I don't exactly know the reason behind it. Some said it's because of the war in Russia and Ukraine, and some said it's because of your leadership. I hope you will have a solution to our economic crisis and will do your best to fix it

You still have five years and eight months to prove that you are in fact the most deserving of the elected leaders. To alter the Philippines, you have too much time. Your political platforms for this election look like a wise choice. Good luck, Mr. President. I hope that will help not only us but every Filipino living in this nation.

Destination: Isolation

Ever since COVID-19 happened, it has impacted me so much. There are so many changes in my life, including my hobbies. My sleeping schedule was not fixed. I always sleep in the early morning. My education has been affected so much since I lost all ambition to study. I miss my old self, but even though my education has been neglected for 2 years now, I promise myself to go back to learning mode so I can study well. I am ready to learn many more things in education and I am ready to fight all the stress the school will give me

While on quarantine, all I do is eat answer modules and sleep. I lost track of my lifestyle and the bond with my family was rare because we barely saw each other. One problem that I faced was when my family, including me, got COVID-19. It was hard to breathe and I couldn't sleep well. I took all the medicine my family gave me so I would feel better. It was so hard on COVID-19. Luckily it only affected me for 1 week .

I live on my tita in the first 3 months of the quarantine. Then I go back to my lola for 7 months. I live again on my tita after that 7 months. I always go to Tita because my cousin is there and we always bond. The time I got COVID is when I go back to my lola's house. I didnt get the covid from my tita. I got it from my cousin on the lola's side

I believe life in quarantine is good, but I cannot say it is the best because I have faced many problems and my life has suffered as a result.

Me Myself And I

Hello, my name is Kyle Fieldad, and I'm 14 years old from Vigan City's Brgy IX. I've lived with my grandmother since child, and I didn't have time to bond with my grandfather because they were gone even before I was born.

I enjoy living here in province because life is so simple and natural, but as time passes, I believe my home province is becoming more advanced, and the old life is giving way to a new one. I also visit my lola in another province called Solsona, Ilocos Norte, and I help them in farm when I'm there. I enjoy living on a farm because it is unique and has taught me a variety of survival skills. In comparison to Vigan, the lifestyle in Solsona is far unique.

When I'm on Vigan, I enjoy playing computer games such as Valorant and Call of Duty Warzone, and my favorite sport is badminton. Lee Chong Wei is my idol (Badminton Pro Player). Technology is also one thing I love, particularly computers, and have been hooked on them since I was six years old. I recall playing games like Plants vs. Zombies, Feeding Frenzy, and others.

I'm currently learning about computer coding, specifically Python, and I'd like to learn more so that I can better understand it.  I'm a shy guy who rarely makes friends, but I enjoy making new friends because it makes me feel more comfortable. I also enjoy reading a variety of novels as well as classic literature, such as Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice.

I also enjoy researching Philippine history because I am fascinated by it. Aside from reading, I also spend time with my loved ones, especially my family. I cherish every minute with them and plan to spend more time with them in the future. Sleeping is one of the best things I always do because sleeping is my rest, and I feel chilled while sleeping while recovering my energy after a stressful and hard day.  photo reference: https://www.pinterest.ph/pin/460563499375907982/
